76ers Off-Season Begins
By Kevin K

There are rumors around the NBA is that Coach Larry Brown will be leaving the Charlotte Bobcats and become the President of the 76ers, not the Head Coach.

So that leaves a huge question mark at the Head Coaching position. There are two coaches that have been contacted by the 76ers and who I think will fit best for this team. Those coaches are Avery Johnson and Doug Collins.

Collins makes perfect sense for Philadelphia, having played here before, he is well liked and a very good coach in the NBA. He was my choice last year to take this team over, but the 76ers decided to hire Eddie Jordan, we see how that went.

Collins was the first overall pick in the 1973 draft for the 76ers.

Another option is Avery Johnson, Avery impresses me every time I hear him talk basketball. He is knowledgeable and another great coach. In 2006 Johnson was awarded Coach of the Year with the Mavericks.

Johnson is known as the "Little General" for his small (by NBA standards) stature, his leadership skills as a point guard and floor general

CSNphilly.com is reporting that 76ers Head Coach Eddie Jordan has been fired. We have been following this for weeks and are very happy that it happened when the season ended.

If you saw his interview last night on CSN you would notice a clearly upset Jordan, as if he knew it was going to happen, but he played it off as if it wasn't.

This is the first big move for the 76ers in the now official change of the organization.

76ers Miserable Season is Finally Over
By Kevin K

I would honestly like to tell you that I followed the 76ers game tonight, but I am going to be honest with you, I didn't. All I know is that the 76ers fell to the Orlando Magic and it looks as if Eddie Jordan's reign as the 76ers head coach is finally at an end.

Going into tonight's game the 76ers were third to last in the Eastern Conference, and have now finished third to last in the Conference. They had the sixth worst record in the NBA, which now gives them more lottery balls for the draft lottery.

The off season is going to be very interesting for the 76ers. The big question is how are they going to make themselves better going into next season?

The 76ers haven't won a championship in 27 years, and need to make changes, fast.

The 76ers need to look everywhere from top to bottom in the off season. They need help, GM wise, coaching wise, and player wise. This team needs to get better, and this off season will put them in a place to finally make some changes.

Bye Bye Eddie Jordan ..... you were terrible when the 76ers signed you and you remain a terrible coach, however, thanks for the lottery pick.

Bye Bye Jordan
By Kevin K

The Philadelphia 76ers have five more games left on their 2009-2010 season, including tonight's game in Miami. Their last game of the season is on April 14 in Orlando where hopefully Stefanski tells Jordan he can stay there, and never come back.

Eddie Jordan has lead the 76ers to a 26 win season, and fourth to last in the Eastern Conference. The 76ers are currently on a four game losing streak and are hopefully going to lose more for two reasons, the Firing of Eddie Jordan and a draft lottery pick.

Now there is no saying how good or bad the lottery pick will be, but if the 76ers can get in the top five picks they could trade it away.

So lets start counting down now, only five more games until the season is over and Eddie Jordan is fired. April 14th cannot come soon enough

The 76ers put up a good fight today but fell to the Raptors 128-123. The 76ers, after winning two straight, have now lost 3 straight and hopefully continue giving the Sixers fans what they want, a lottery pick.

The 76ers are now the 4th worse team in the Eastern Conference, and the 7th worse in the NBA
